I read a funny post on social media the other day.
It asked a question: How many of you had a baby, got a pet or bought an air fryer in 2020? ?? I inherited a pet at the end of 2019 and can't imagine how I would have gotten through without my little protector. Since the pandemic I know most of us have done our best to be comforted during so many unknown factors. One thing I'm certain of is that I'm bulletproof to becoming ill with a cold, flu or virus. This is the protocol I follow and have shared with my own family. None of us has been ill during this pandemic. This must be the guiding mindset of your daily regimen: C E R T A I N T Y i.e. N O F E A R Avoid and disengage any incoming information, energy, environments that cultivate or instill fear. This is a time for mental toughness. You've got to Michael Jordan your opponent. Before every game MJ envisioned his victory. All begins in the Spirit and mind before it manifests. 1. E A T L I F E Inflammation is the underlying root of almost all illnesses. Always avoid inflammation causing foods: White refined sugar, white rice, pasta, wheat, white flour, table salt, dairy, msg, soda drinks, fruit drinks. Gluten free flour is fine. Search "anti-inflammatory foods" list online and "anti-inflammatory herbs." Incorporate these into your daily diet. Try to be at least 80% plant-based and eat things closest to natural as possible. 2. H Y D R A T E with one gallon of spring water every day. Many of us are chronically dehydrated. You'll notice more energy and it's been found that sometimes high blood pressure is due to dehydration. I set an alert on my phone to drink at least 10.5 oz each hour for twelve hours. 3. E X E R C I S E Move your body daily to the point of sweat. Dance, Clean the house, walk, run, every day. You'll have more energy and sleep better. Even if it's just 5 to 10 minutes a day. Consistency is what matters. 4. R E S T Get deep R.E.M. sleep as often as possible. Most people have no idea how important consistent and uninterrupted deep sleep is to good health and longevity. 5. L A U G H Take a moment to not take things so seriously. 6. B R E A T H E Breathe deeply so that your nervous system returns to maintenance mode so that you will digest your food efficiently. The Moment You Begin To Feel Common Cold or Flu Symptoms: B. A Zinc Ionophore such as Olive Leaf Extract [Me and mom use the HerbalResults brand: CLICK TO ORDER], Black Seed Extract [Nigella Sativa], Artemisia Annua i.e. Sweet Wormwood, Quercetin [Onion Extract], Turmeric, Green or Black tea extract. Use the recommended dosage on the bottle at least 2 times per day. E. 2,000 MG (2 Grams) of Liposomal Vitamin C daily. I also like to drink Rose Hips Infusion which is very high in Vitamin C. F. ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DIET + ANTI-INFLAMMATORY HERBS I would cut out inflammatory foods because the side effects will be based on inflammation: White sugar, white rice, white flour, white sugar/high fructose corn syrup drinks otherwise you'll be feeding the problem. Then I'd take anti-inflammatory herbs like: olive seed extract, black seed extract (nigella sativa), turmeric then activated charcoal to get rid of some of the effects of the jab. The pure carbon is going to bind on to any type of medication and clear that up. Heavy metal poisons are also something to contend with so cilantro is the best thing I know of to deal with heavy metal poisoning. Moringalantro is a product I personally use that combines moringa and cilantro. If you've been given Remdesivir First of all, you're fortunate if your kidney hasn't shut down. I would take activated charcoal to clear out the medication. then take olive leaf extract to repair kidneys. Ivermectin is an important piece. I would visit this website to obtain.
