Sometimes when I wake up in the morning I feel overwhelmed; or as my birthday twin Iyanla Vanzant says "occupied by my greatness" and need to remember what is important to me to do to take care of myself. 

So I have these rituals cards that I've used since 1998. With my busy mind I found these cards worked like a charm so I included them in the welcome packet for every 9 1/2 Weeks: The METAMOORPHOSE Project participant in beginning in 2008. 

Over the years the look of these cards have changed (and will evolve even more this year) but the inspiration they give to people desiring to create their own daily morning and evening rituals continue.
