​is my birthday month so I was inspired to embark on a thirty-day retrospective of some of the hours upon hours of footage I have from the various programs, projects, communities that I've guided over the years. September was focused mainly on the mindset and consciousness of taking care of yourself because that is where all the magic and miracles begin - in your mind.
